We offer our clients a safe and secure place to shop online using our secure SSL servers when processing any online transactions. So please take a look through our store, make a purchase online, and have the items that you purchase delivered to your door. Our Returns Policy ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED OR THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER The BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy is dedicated to providing beautiful, quality children's clothing and other products to our customers at or well below retail prices. Please note, all images on our site highlight closely the appearance of each product, however slight variations may occur due to different monitor display features. We will not accept "Colour Variation" returns, as we have no control over your computer monitor. Please choose carefully! The BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy do not refund for "Change of Mind" returns, so please choose carefully. However, if you wish to return an item we will issue a credit note for our store, valid for 12 months. Exchanging Items The BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy will allow you to return a clothing item within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date if you selected an incorrect size. If the correct size is unable to be supplied a different outfit may be selected for the same value, or a credit note will be issued. The product must be in new condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. The BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy will not accept any items returned that have had their tags removed, where the packaging is damaged, or items have been worn. Any postage charges for the returned any such item(s) and their replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer. Defective items All products purchased from our website are brand new and of high quality. At the BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy we check all products for defects and quality before shipment ensuring you of customer satisfaction. If any item you ordered does happen to have a defect, please contact us via our contact us page, informing us of the problem and we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number ("RA"). Once any product being returned has been received by us we will either issue a refund or exchange the item. Defective items must be returned to the BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customers choice to the same value, or a refund will be given. Note: No refunds will ever be issued before the return of a product. On the return of any product that may happen to be faulty or defective, we will inspect and or test the product. After testing and or inspecting the product in question, any product found defective will be replaced or a refund will be issued within 72 hours. Cost of Returns Any costs associated with returning an item if the item is to be found to be defective or faulty, will be reimbursed at the standard registered postal rate. Any costs assocatied with returning and or replacement of a product for any reason other then if the product is found to be defective or faulty, is the sole responsibility of the customer. Specials All advertised "Specials" listed on this site, cannot be returned unless the item is found to be faulty or defective, so please choose carefully. Cancellation of Orders The BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy reserve the right to cancel orders if we feel that they are fraudulent to protect you the card holder and us the retailer. At times we may request further information from the purchaser to ensure card holder security and the safe delivery of items. Limits on Purchases The BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy do not authorise the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit the quantity to 4 on any one product. Your order was "Returned to Sender" If you supply the BabiesNursery.com.au & Click2Buy with an incorrect address, you will be required to pay an additional postage charge to have your order resent. If the package was returned to us and the address is correct no further postage charges will be applied and your order will be resent. |
